Coggins and rabies will be checked upon entering the show grounds. You will not be able to park if you can’t show proof. Coggins within 2 years and rabies within 1 year. Upon proof of both, you will be able to receive your back number.
If you are scratching a class, the class must be scratched at least 3 classes a head of time for a refund.
1st-6th place ribbons awarded in every class
There are 10 divisions that will be awarded champion and reserve champion ribbons.
It is asked that all exhibitors, spectators and staff be polite and respectful to one another. This is going to be strictly enforced. We strive for a comfortable, and relaxed show experience for all. We are all in it for the love of the sport and the love of horses. ANY misconduct from anyone on the show grounds will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Your membership will be revoked and you will not be allowed to show at any future events, NO exceptions.
If you need a hold, you must notify the secretary stand, otherwise gate calls will be given and once the class is closed, if you didn’t ask for a hold, you will not be allowed to enter that class and will have to forfeit that class fee. It is expected that everyone will be on time for their classes. When the previous class is lined up and getting pinned, the next class will enter the ring and walk on the rail. This is all to speed up the process of the show. Our judges are coming over 2 1/2 hours away and they will not be asked to wait for anyone that isn’t on time.
If your check does not clear, you will be notified and have to pay a $25 bounced check fee.
You must become a member to qualify for year end awards, although anyone can show regardless of membership status.
Judge’s decisions are FINAL. There is to be no approaching the judge during the show. If you would like to speak to them after the show, you must ask the show secretary. This is for your own constructive criticism, not to argue your placing.
We have been so lucky to get beautiful show grounds to use. It is expected that you will respect the grounds. There is a take in, take out policy. All trash must be discarded in the garbage bins, or taken out with you. Any manure near trailers or around the property MUST be cleaned up. There is water available on the show grounds as well as a bathroom. Food will also be available.
We look forward to an amazing 2019 show season and thank you all for your cooperation.
